Notice we didn't say "Identify problem." We look at design as an opportunity to speak to your audience, improve lives and advance your goals—opportunities.
Quantitative, qualitative, primary and secondary research. Research is part of every project at Pencilbox—client, industry, audience, tactic, context and culture.
Design thinking activities, sketching, more sketching, coffee and synthesis. We believe the creative process of divergent and converse thinking empowers us to design anything.
The creative process continues through more exploration, development and refinement.
An important part of being a creative is listening. We expect and respect our clients input. We hear you.
We love when a project is launched out into the world but the work doesn't stop there. Its important to measure the results of a project — were goals and objectives met? We predict yes!
Pencilbox has a proven process of success. We believe by following the creative process we can design anything.
